We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

How often do you add new products?
We try our best to add new items twice a month, usually on the first and third week of the month.
Do you wash the clothes before mailing?
Items are gently worn or recently dry cleaned.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If an item has been misrepresented or damaged please email us at boutique@brookandlyn.com. And we will do our best to get back to you shortly.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping rates and do you ship internationally?
Shipping rates change depending on the weight of the total amount of items. We do our best to offer low shipping costs in both domestic and international shipping. All shipping will be sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
How long does shipping take?
We will send out your item within 3 business days otherwise noted in the checkout page. Domestic shipping takes 2-3 business days from when the item is shipped from us. International shipping varies depending on customs but will be able to track the location.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship USPS Express to more than 180 countries world wide. Once you have selected an item and view your cart you will get a drop down menu of countries we ship to.
How do I avoid international customs fees?
All international orders are 100% insured and include a detail payment slip. Customers are welcome to request otherwise at their own risk.
